Jordan Capital is an alternative asset management firm focused on acquiring niche manufacturing businesses at the lower end of the middle market.  Our strategy is based on our proven ability to create value by improving operations and serving as good stewards of company capital.  We do not target transactions that provide returns solely through leverage and other forms of financial engineering.  Rather, we seek opportunities to create value by deploying Lean principles in all aspects of a business to eliminate waste and improve customer service.  We consider the process of developing and executing strategies to drive top-line revenue growth to be of equal importance, but our core belief is that sustainable growth is not possible without excellent and continually improving operations.  We believe that this operational focus, along with the conservative capital structure of our companies, will enable us to generate favorable risk adjusted returns for our investors.
